Founded June 1987 by Pastors Bill and Audrey Martin, Victory Church has been in Brooks for 28 years. Pastors Bill and Audrey were comissioned by Drs George and Hazel Hill, founders of the Victory Movement.
Construction began for the church building in 1989, and the church was dedicated June 3, 1990. Pastors Bill and Audrey led the Church faithfully for many years, and are still in the church to this day.
